    Dr. Honey is the Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner of CyberMINDS Institute, with over 20 years of expertise in Information Security. She specializes in risk mitigation and compliance, securing digital ecosystems globally. Known for her transformational leadership, Dr. Honey emphasizes accountability and collective learning. She is an adjunct professor of Cybersecurity Ethics at Miami Dade College and volunteers with Blacks in Cybersecurity (BIC). She holds an Executive DBA from St. Thomas University and several certifications. Dr. Honey also holds a Juris Master from Florida State University. Her mission is to bridge gaps and foster partnerships in cybersecurity.

  • Dr. Lisa J. Knowles

    Dr. Lisa J. Knowles is a professor of management at St. Thomas University's Gus Machado College of Business, where she has taught since 2003. She instructs MBA students in organizational behavior and design and doctoral students in qualitative research methods. As Advisor for the STU Caribbean Student Association, she is active on various university committees. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, human resource management, women's studies, and international business. A founding member of CyberMINDS Research Institute, Dr. Knowles holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership from Lynn University, an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, and degrees from Northeastern University. She completed post-doctoral studies at Harvard Business Publishing.

Dr. Guimaraes has worked for various size and types of organizations across several industries, including insurance, automotive, healthcare, government, nonprofit, environmental, and financial. Dr. Guimaraes has successfully implemented risk-based compliance and information security programs to meet federal and state requirements, including HIPAA and SOX, and accomplish enterprise strategic objectives and goals. Dr. Guimaraes is also an adjunct professor teaching various cyber security and technology topics.
